Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, responsible for ensuring that the Projects Design, Construction and Expansion is in accordance with the quality standards set out by the organization.

Description

As an integral member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible to establish and Head the Projects Quality within the Design and Project/Construction management Department reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of this role is to give strategic direction and ensure that the Expansion and Integration of clinics at a Pan-India level are in accordance to the Brand Guidelines and Quality standards set out by the organization.

- Set up processes and SOPs to ensure that the entire Design and Project/Construction Management process is smooth

- Lead and guide a the Projects Quality team on a Pan-India basis

- Drive process improvement and give strategic direction to the projects department

- Incorporate Best industry practices in Design and project Management

Profile

You will be a highly motivated and driven Design/Architecture/Project Management professional. Additionally, you will possess:

- Education: B.Arch plus MBA from a Tier 1 School

- Have worked in a fast paced environment

- Have a strategic bent of mind and an attention to detail

- Prior experience in the Retail, Hospitality or QSR segment
