Job Title: Head of Projects

ROLE PURPOSE:

The job holder will be responsible for leading all projects related to F&B/Leisure/Fitness including site development phases for our client's Hospitality division from schematic design through property shortlisting, project feasability study and analysis, tendering, budgeting, construction inclduing conceptual and detailed planning, designing, material specification, contractor evaluation and finalization, project managent, site supervision and control

6 years in a senior managerial capacity of leading independent Retail Project / Site Development projects like Shopping Malls, Individual store fit-outs, Office cum Warehouses, Residential apartments and providing Design and Project Management services

Qualification

Exposure to the latest building materials, building systems and interior trends

Minimum Experience 10 - 12 years of Interior / Retail & F&B Site Development / Building designing and Project Management experience
