Head - Project Sales - Building Material

We have 1 very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in building material organization :

Position : Project Sales Head

Location : Hyderabad

CTC : 9 lac to 12.5 lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Specification :

- Generate sales and maximize profit of the company through Project Sales with bulk orders.

- Maximize secondary sales from projects for distributor.

- Maintain relationship with Architects & Interior Designers to specify company products in current & upcoming projects.

- Obtain maximum output through Wholesaler & Dealer Scheme.

- Expanding company dealer network by appointing new dealer across Zone.

- Improve MIS system

- Strong Architect & Contractor exposure

- Identifying gaps & opportunities for growth.

- Handling sales team of 3-6 employees

- Training the team (on the job).

- Revenue Target

Requirements :

- From Building Material Industry ( Electrical, Lighting & fixtures, flooring, ceiling, modular furniture, Construction chemicals, paints, cement, glass, piping, ceramics, steel etc., ply . doors, PVC, windows, bathroom fittings, other home interior products ) into PROJECT SALES .

- Good understanding of concepts and trials

- Good problem solving skills is a prerequisite for this role

- High level of integrity

- Ability to deliver under stretched timelines

- Strong communication skills

- Strong business acumen & proactive instincts

- A systematic approach to problem solving

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism and Integrity.

Good presentation skills

AGE : Ideally 28 - 40 years max.
