- Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical/Petroleum Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of relevant experience (of which at least 5 years of international experience will be of added advantage) in the full project cycle from business case preparation and initial design through to the conceptual & detailed design, planning, procurement & contract management, and execution of large Oil & Gas developments in challenging/remote environments.
- The type of development projects handled would primarily be with mid-large size Offshore and Onshore facilities. Experience in leading mid-large size offshore development is must
- Strong execution strategy planning, budgeting and cost control skills, with the ability to effect behavioral changes to ensure contractors work within agreed HSE norms.
- Interface exposure to related technical disciplines including subsurface, well construction, production of onshore / offshore fields would be preferred
