Description - The Head of Project Management (India) oversees all employees and activities within the Order Fulfillment Department. He/She is responsible for both operation and financial for Order to Cash cycle under Order Fulfillment function.

Job Description:

- Responsible for Order Fulfillment Order to Cash cycle for both financial and operational from order entry to clinical go live.

- Participate in annual revenue and expense budget setting

- Drive efficiency and improvement programs identified by self or by company.

- Accountable for company's Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department.

- Continuous good communication internally (department heads, functional heads and Product Supply Centers) & externally (distributors, suppliers and customers).

- Follow strictly company Compliance and Policy. Responsible for deployment and execution to the team.

- Provide continued mentoring and leadership to employees

- Establish career paths within the Project Delivery Team

- Participate in the development of and accountable for the execution of the vision and strategy for Project Delivery Team. Reponsible for KPI and target settings for the team as agreed by the company

Profile:

- Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of Comprehensive oncology solutions is a plus

- Ability to influence and lead a complex and diverse team

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers directly and lead key account projects

- Excellent time management, organization, strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Self-motivated. Determination to succeed. Strong leadership and results oriented.

- Management experience with direct reports.

- Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred).

- Overall 15+ years of experience in this field

- 4+ years of management experience

- 2+ years of revenue management and forecasting experience

- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio applications.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Science, engineering, medical or technically related university degree holder or above; Master is preferred
