Head - Digital Lending
Responsibility :
- Ability to Program Manage multiple internal business stake holders.
- Project Tracking, Control and Report Allocate work, track the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risks, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan; schedule, monitor, review and control all the project phases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty) in their entirety, IN ORDER TO deliver project successfully as per project goals.
- Manage multiple IT projects successfully.
- Manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Identify / implement process optimization.
- Implementation LOS platform, solutioning and creating performance gain to support business growth.
- Plan and execute projects within cost & schedule and with expected quality of deliverables.
- Manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
- Identify issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
- Provide guidance to team members to maintain all documentation related to project.
- Create/ guide creation of knowledge articles on the problem, workaround solutions, best practices, new methodology implemented, retrospection report etc.
- Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at resourcing plans.
- Participate in management reviews and teleconferences and report weekly status
- Facilitate & Create reusable assets / frameworks / supporting artefacts based on the industry landscape.
- Identify reusable solutions/assets which can be built within the technology unit.
- Understand the business pain points and technical challenges leading to impact on business or customer experience.
- Proactively identify technology solution alternatives in line with specific business objectives / challenges / context.
- Conduct current state analysis versus the Industry landscape and identify the roadmap for the same.
- Review solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices.
Work Experience/Skills :
- 15 + years Proven technical and project management Lending projects and products.
- Project management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately
- Exposure on Lending domain & products with focus on banking domain
- Experience in LOS implementation, platform and solutions.
- Hands on development experience during the carrier journey
- Understanding of Technical Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Agile Methodologies
- Good at interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC processes including testing methodologies and business impact analysis.
- Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.
- Experience in digital lending platform such as Salesforce, Jocata and Lentra
- Multi-tasking ability.
