Responsible for: - Accountable executive for all the construction, fit out and strategic programs. - The day to day running of the project management team including all HR aspects of the team - Organise the team's planning, including sourcing of free lancers when necessary - Animating and motivating the team - Implementing best practice across the department - Training junior Project Managers/Architects & Designers to facilitate their growth and progression in the department - Ensuring the department follows standard process, monitoring project handling and internal client communications - Suggesting improvement and development of practices including coordination with other departments - To remain actively aware of all projects passing through the department with an ability to intervene/assist if necessary, including assisting the Internal Client if the allocated PM is unavailable - Controlling quality implementation in accordance with client requirements. - Overseeing project delivery for the Client, in terms of timelines, quality and budget. - Being the first point of contact for any new inquiry or project, ensuring technical solutions are provided for the Client - Assisting the team whenever necessary - Regular reporting to the CEO and stakeholders on the financial aspects of programs, staffing, and overall health of the programs. - Working with the CEO on strategy for the department and programs.
