Head - Project Finance - Highway Projects

- Assessing Project Finance requirement and ensuring timely funding

- Preparation of Bank Credit proposals, Information Memorandum and cash flows for fund raising.

- Term sheets negotiation and finalization.

- Documentation and compliance of pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions to draw-down the sanctioned facilities.

- Liaison with banks / financial institutions and maintaining relationship with officials at ll levels.

 - Coordinate with rating agencies for rating reviews
