Head - Project Finance - Cement Industry - CA

We are hiring for Head Project Finance with one of our leading client from Cement Industry. This position can be based at either location Hyderabad and Rajasthan.

Position: Head Project Finance

Location: Hyderabad/Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:

- Financial reporting by providing quality CAPEX reports on capital commitments, expected & actual CAPEX & cost overruns.

- Extending support to higher management in CAPEX listing, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Prepares annual capital budget and periodic forecast for plants in accordance with the management cycle. Closely co-ordinate with project manager and teams as well as Corporate & Regional controllers to continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of Capex information.

- Managing CAPEX approval process for both maintenance, expansion, and diversification as per the agreed time schedule

- Reviewing Capex requests for submission to higher management as well as post investment assessments of major projects.

- Ensuring submission of Capex reports (quality & timelines) in General Management Reporting (GMR), Financial Reporting Package (FRP) etc.

- Administering proper fixed assets accounting like timely capitalization, disposition, depreciation, write-offs' of assets

- Ensuring compliance of robust internal control systems in the fixed assets area. Control owner for ICS templates

- Using SAP PS Module and extending support for efficient use of the same

- Associating in insurance claims matters pertaining to fixed assets

- Guiding non-finance staff in developing and evaluating CAPEX / investment project proposals, including coordination of technical, commercial and financial analyses.
