Brief Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Leadership to the Project Finance Team, Validation of Current status of Project - Project Value / CWIP Value / Committed Value / Budget.
Contract wise Project Status in terms of Open Contract Value/ Committed Value/ Paid Amount / Reco of material.
Ensure Physical verification of entire Project material lying in plant with help of technical team with estimated value and working condition of existing material.
Renegotiation/exploring new vendors as per project requirement.
Framing of accounting SOP and adhering to the same. Preparation of SOA (Schedule of authority) for project.
Sound knowledge on SOX & SAP with hand-on experience in FI & Project modules.
Should have good liaisoning with Vendors, Govt Authority, internal and external auditors.
Responsible for submission of government reports and tax returns related to projects
Qualification & Experience
The ideal candidate should be CA First attempt & Second attempt with First class (More than 60%) pass out in Graduation, 12th and 10th, have an experience of 12-17 years of relevant experience in handling project finance
