Head - Project Delivery - Furniture/Fixtures/VT Tools/Equipment - Education Industry

Our client is a large multinational group providing a broad portfolio of Education, Energy, Healthcare Agro and Natural Resources solutions to its business and sales partners in Africa, UAE, Europe and APAC Region

Their initiatives have helped build long-term relationships with communities and stakeholders in all the countries. The end result is in the form of customized, impactful solutions that are scalable and can withstand the test of time.

Overall responsible for the delivery, installation and commissioning of furniture, Fixtures, and VT Tools and Equipment. Also ensure that the updated content is deployed, pool of master trainers developed, and the teacher's training is conducted as per the project timelines.

Responsibilities :

- To maintain close coordination with Internal and External stakeholders.

- Attending / Holding regular project review meetings with Govt. Stakeholders

- Experience in handling and managing multicultural and multi-location team 

- Adhering to Education Delivery Budget regarding equipment delivery/ Installation / commissioning, content development and training

- Responsible for preparing and owning project execution plan for all educational deliveries of the project

- Monitoring the overall equipment delivery /installation / training as per the plan on day to day basis and resolving the operational challenges

- Collection of all activity completion report from the field and submitting it to the Govt. as per project milestone achievement

- Responsible for regular project review / call with the internal stakeholders

- Responsible for reviewing the performance of the team on time to time basis

- Ensuring the project completion within Budget and timelines

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations.
