Position Summary:

- As the Head of Program Management at Spark Minda, you will play a pivotal role in uniting diverse cross-functional teams, which include Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Cost/Commercial departments.

- Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient program management across a range of initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) projects.

- This role entails comprehensive leadership in program management within the Engineering department, where you will oversee the entire project life cycle, manage budgets, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

- You will also be responsible for client interactions and devising successful plans for the timely delivery of projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and oversee Project/Program Management for a range of engineering initiatives, including NPI and NPD projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Lead Program Management reviews and discussions for the assigned programs, fostering effective collaboration across various functions.

Ownership: Take ownership of the complete process from taking client requirements to successful delivery of projects , collaborating closely with Designers, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project success.

Communication Management: Efficiently manage communication, conflicts, risks, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project across different functions.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and work closely with the team to devise successful plans for timely project delivery.

Budget Management: Prepare, obtain, and monitor capital budgets (Capex) throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial prudence.

Program Governance: Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and closely monitor and control key KPIs/KPAs to guarantee successful project outcomes.
