Role : Head Program Management

Location: Pune

Job Purpose:

Manage the overall program from a perspective of quality, cost, time and scope and ensure adherence to NPDS process.

Key Thrust Areas/ Job Responsibilities:

- Discuss & bring clarity in conflicting area of responsibility.

- Participate in QFD / market surveys

- Understands the purpose (Intent) and Scope of the project

- Prepare project budget

- Takes up the position to safeguard 'customer's interest'

- Collectively discuss, surface out the problem/bottleneck.

- Prepare risk assessment.

- Facilitate to capture Lessons Learnt

- Prepare Project Plan, list of CFT members, work package plan, resource plan, time plan, for communication to team members

- "Prepare / work out activity charts with dependent activities and work out efficient path, identify critical path, critical activity and resources"

- Proactively inform CFT members about activities to be performed, scope ,time and trigger activities

- Prepare status of project for management review.

- Escalate out of boundary issues with peers/top management

- Looks for system/process improvements

- Convene internal review meetings, track & facilitate closure of issues raised.

- Lead & facilitate concerns resolution

- Maintain MASTER PROJECT FILE

- Face process & quality AUDITS.

- Lead builds in plant

- Participate in CUFT

- Coordinate & track cost

- "Participate and witness Engineering sign-offs, Design Reviews and management reviews."

Note :

- Must have a full-time have B Tech /BE (Mechanical) Degree.

- Experience of working in 2 Wheeler industry is mandatory
