Head of Products - Micro Finance for a Bank in GCC.

- MBA with 10-15 years experience in credit products (e.g. trade finance / non-fund based products, fleet financing, channel finance), exposure to monitoring of portfolio, drafting of product proposals and industry research.

- Strong experience in Product development for micro SMEs or SMEs with good product knowledge.

- Responsible for Preparation of Product Initiation Proposal, market analysis, business projections, analytics, work flow and policy and procedures documents for new products to be introduced

- Monitoring of product & portfolio performances and providing timely MIS for credit policy decisions

- Prefer candidates from middle east, but open for other locations too.

- Must be under 40 yrs age.
