Head - Products - Demand & Supply/Data - eCommerce

Looking for Product leader to head either Demand & Supply or Data Product Management point of view with a well funded E commerce leader.

- 8-12 years of proven Product experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer internet products.

- Experience in identifying product requirements, defining the product vision, working with engineering teams and delivering high-impact capabilities

- Being highly customer-centric with an appreciation to understand customer behavior. Stellar design instinct and product taste.

- A - driver- personality - biased toward action, great collaborator, and master disambiguator/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.

- Grittiness - you never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements.
