Ad Tech - Head of Products

Ad Tech experience is very mandatory.

You will lead an organization of product managers and designers that gives you end-to-end thought leadership and execution responsibilities. You will be excellent in written and verbal communication, and will regularly interact with executives in articulating your vision.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

The objective is to attract an experienced, global product and technological visionary,Proven ability in envisioning, conceptualizing and delivering consumer internet products at a rapid pace. Must have exceptional product management background.

- You are a builder with genuine passion for building innovative, next-generation products, technologies, and businesses.

- Adept recruiter with a demonstrated ability to attract and develop world-class teams.

- A strong operator with significant experience in building, leading and collaborating with large teams.

- Proven experience building and deploying highly scalable, reliable, and flexible systems/platforms in advertising technology or related areas such as search, payments, ecommerce, etc.

- Highly technical; ideally a blend of engineering management skills and visionary capabilities.

- Strategic, yet execution oriented; ability to translate a long-term vision into a near-term, executable plan. Triage ability; good at prioritizing, enabling teams to focus and ensure delivery of the most important projects.

- Strong and convincing leadership and management skills, able to build and inspire a high performance organization.

- Flexibility and adaptability; must be able to work within Amazon's existing operations infrastructure.

- Not afraid to take risks, while being realistic.

- Entrepreneurial with an innate sense of urgency; will add positive pressure to get things done more quickly while maintaining high standards.

- Excellent communicator; can articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

- Likeable personal qualities to help foster an open environment at all levels of the organization.

- Team oriented, collegial, and collaborative.

- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Sc or related engineering field

- 5 years+ people management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA preferred

- Product building experience in advertising, e-commerce, domain large global product company and startup experience.
