- Overall responsibility of daily production target for quality and productivity and meeting delivery commitment. - Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectation for product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels and driving operational excellence. - Work closely with internal and external key stakeholder, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, managing teams and project across the business. - Co-ordinate activities to resolve production problems maximize production rate and minimize cost. - Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor team as they develop new skills. - Drive key performance indicators across all area of the manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards. - Ensure Efficiency of all SMT line is greater than 90% and analysis/corrective action for reason of loss. - Ensure availability of skilled manpower in SMT/MI & FI line with operator job satisfaction. - To identify the techniques and processes involved in the new products at the time of launch. - Monitoring all improvement projects - Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritized and facilitated, direct and drive implementation of Lean business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related area of business - Manpower Planning according to order, handling ,training and job allocation. - LEAN IMPLIMENTATION by analyzing value added activities and removing non value added activities. - To monitor and measure the effectiveness of the improvement actions in terms of quality, productivity and cost reduction, Kai-Zen, Suggestion and Poke yoke implementation. - Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes
