About our Client - Our client is one of the largest independent investment and broking firms in this region. They are expanding their Indian operations and are looking for a experienced technology professional to join their leadership team.

Job Description - This role will report to the MD and will have 3 teams with an initial total strength of 15 reporting to him/her . Key responsibilities will include Total responsibility of the order management system used by the firm.

- Managing and ensuring maximum return from the regional exchange connectivities.

- Providing and managing L3 support for all sections of the firm.

- Provide leadership and strategy to the technology team.

- Guide and support the senior management on strategic IT initiatives.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have 8-12 years of production support experience in the financial services sector. A proven track record of success and prior experience of managing and leading teams is also necessary. Communication skills need to be excellent as this role requires a lot of external and internal interactions.
