Job Description:

- Must have good experience of manufacturing of Refractories.

- Experience in Operation of Rotary Kiln & Ball Mill is desirable

- Heading t he production department. Responsible for Day to day plant production activities.

- Awareness of Safety related t o manufacturing

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Ensuring smooth operation and process control of t he equipment.

- Ensuring j obs adhering t o planned cost & t imeline.

 - Developing technical specification f or materials or j ob works f or purchases or subcontracting i n SAP.

- Adopting the OPEX culture as and when required.

- Coordination and compliance of I nternal & External audits and statutory requirements.

- Inventory management.

- Knowledge about different KPIs related to production
