Head - Production - Pharmaceutical

Urgent Requirement for Head Production Formulations at one of the leading pharmaceutical company based at North East India.

- The person should have minimum 15 years experience.

Following are the responsibilities :

- Creating production plan by breaking it down formulation wise weekly plans considering available resources to meet the dispatch date.

- Ensure that "Products of desired quality" are produced through regular reviews to be in compliance with safety, regulatory and cGMP.

- Manage smooth tech transfer activities by collaborating with cross functional teams for timely launches and submissions.

- Review impact of deviations on product quality, investigate root cause and recommend CAPA in consultation with QA in timely manner to avoid delays.

- Impart training to section heads by identifying training needs to improve skills.
