Production &amp; Maintenance Head ROHA,Mumbai We are urgently looking candidate for the profile of Production &amp; Maintenance Head with a Large Rubber Product Manufacturing company in Roha, Mumbai. Candidate will be responsible for following:- Minimum 15-16 years of engineering/production experience in a manufacturing environment. Leadership experience of 2-3 years required, preferable in a production environment, Rubber, plastic or composite industry - Understanding of quality standards and health &amp; safety regulations - Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts - Experience in reporting on key production/mechanical metrics - Plan &amp; Organize man power required for the production activities - Proficient in MS Office and ERP software - Outstanding communication ability - Excellent organizational and leaderships skills - Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach - Experience of good performance oriented culture.
