Head - Production - LED Lighting Industry

Skills:

- Must have 5+ years of experience into Production

- Managed a team size of approx. 50 employees.

- Experience in LED Lighting industry is a must.

- Should have good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Distribution operations as well as Manufacturing support functions like Sourcing, Planning and Maintenance.

- Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand / Central Planning Indent and to meet the Budgeted volume at the right mix.

- Determine and monitor the overall resource capacity (personnel and equipment) and set priorities to maintain production expectations.

- Develop skill level of the plant employees and support them to achieve their targets.

- Responsible for manufacturing activities which includes production of the existing products or new product lines, meeting production targets, managing working effectively.

- Improving product quality and maintaining harmonious labour relations.

- Daily review of production plans & performance, quality reports, interaction with QC lab technicians and Managers to ensure product specifications are met.

- Coordinate with business units for service.
