Head - Production - Automobile/Construction/Industrial Products

This is Production head role for pan India clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible to manage a team of Product and Production executives across various locations in India.

- Drive the team to schedule, plan and deliver manufacturing projects across locations in India.

- Drive timely delivery and quality of supply as a major team KPI.

- Evolve methods for production and project management to drive efficiency.

- MIS reporting on various parameters driving manufacturing and delivery efficiency.

- Budgeting, recruitment, and expansion of production management team.

- Work closely with sourcing, logistics, finance, and sales teams to seamlessly integrate customer requirements and process delivery.

- Integrate key revenue metrices to manufacturing product delivery.

- Manage and deliver products across Europe, India and North America.

- Manage key vendor relationships.

- Technical handholding on production process mapping and cascading the same workflow to the entire team.

- Continuous development, analysis, and utilization of established departmental performance data programs to achieve departmental goals. Including future needs and capabilities. Ability to understand, implement and analyze SPC (Statistical Process Control) practices, to add validation to all aspects of the operation.

- Continuous analysis of current production processes and procedures, proposals for improvements, implementation, and follow-through of agreed-upon changes.

Qualification - 10-15 years of experience in high quality, high precision production environments.

- Engineering degree

- 40- 50% travel

- Location: Bangalore

- Good written and oral communication skills
