Production Head - API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)

Location: Vapi (Gujarat)

Experience: Min. 12 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Production planning, execution and meeting production targets set by Management.

- Reducing production cost by implementing right first time (RFT)/ failure reduction with effective root cause analysis and CAPA implementation

- Maintain the documents as per systems related to cGMP for various statutory and regulatory audits and inspections

- Reviewing quarterly performance of plant with respect to production, quality, safety, cost savings projects, profitability, and maintenance/ breakdown, utility consumption, waste generation.

- Experience of Handling 8-10 API Blocks.
