A. Basics

Role: HEAD OF PRODUCT

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: 30% hike

Reporting: CTO

Experience: 15-20 years

Education: MBA + BE

B. Content & Context Factors

- Product identification, design, customization, roadmap & life cycle

- Design and formulation of Long / Mid/ Short Term product development Plan

- Product management & procurement of devices, involving vendor negotiations, business contracts, product & technology research

- Product Marketing

- Contribute in - Go To Market- (GTM) planning for the new product launch wrt. product, technology, brand, look & feel, & pricing

- Enhance customer experience in our devices by continuous improvement in the Software and Application

- Preparing product Plan /AOP for the Financial Year and ensuring its execution

- Project management

- Vendor management

- Commercial agreements related to product development

- Lead Product Innovation & Planning by Market Research and insight

- Product Life cycle Management in alignment with Business Plan
