Role : Head Product & Technology

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Mumbai

Key Deliverable:

- A seasoned product technologist in Payments - Debit, Prepaid & Credit Cards. You will lead the entire Product & Technology function including planning, development & key business projects.

- Well versed with the PAYMENTS ecosystem including regulatory compliance, controls, ensuring high quality and integrity of the delivery platforms

- Ability to work seamlessly with Business objectives especially in an environment of rapid change.

- Stakeholder Management, stitching and developing alliances with partners, vendors, etc.

- An eye for detail, execution skills backed by superior communication skills

- Ability to think big and scale operations via technological capabilities and deliver standardized performance.

- Strong team management skills
