Head of Product and Technology - EdTech/Gaming

Its a new age start-up with a mission to develop a global education brand - from India  for the world! They design innovative learning products that build core cognitive skills in children through systematic play.

Head of Product and Technology:

- We are looking for a dynamic individual to build and lead our Product and Technology Team. This will be a CXO level role and will be a core part of the leadership team.

- The company has a large physical product portfolio and this will expand 5X in the coming 6 months.

- We are looking to build a digital application layer that sits on top of our physical products. These digital offerings will seamlessly supplement and integrate with our physical products, thus enabling us to deepen our engagement with our customers and up-sell pure digital products.

- The above platform of physical products with a digital application layer will make us a truly one of a kind globally.

- In addition to the digital application layer, we want to launch a range of hybrid products that combine technology and tactile learning to systematically build cognitive skills in children.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The core responsibility of the role will be to drive the development of the entire digital product vertical of the brand. We are looking for a dreamer, an innovator - someone who believes they can build products that can change the world.

- Drive product innovation and build the next generation of products - the digital application layer, pure digital product offerings and our hybrid learning platform.

- Manage the entire product development lifecycle - from ideation to final launch.

- Build the product development team and in-house technology capabilities.

- Shape the overall company and product strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

- Liaison with external agencies as and when required.

Qualifications:

Person should have either of the following:

- Product experience in building apps/digital products for 3-12 yr olds.

- Edtech/digital gaming exp

- Worked for the US market/ iOS app
