1. Minimum 8+ years of proven experience working with world-class product companies in Engineering and product management. 2. Minimum of 4 + years of Software development experience along with an academic background with a B.Tech from premier institutes. 3. 4 to 6 Years of Product Management experience in B2B / B2C product companies Complete ownership & accountability of creating the core product's strategic vision product development including product technology definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and execution. 5. Lead engineering and product on defining, designing, and delivering high-quality products and provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities. 5. Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development. 6. Create a go-to-market plan with various business teams to maximize product adoption and success. 7. Proven track record of driving growth in your previous roles and are able to show the impact of your work on the company's key metrics. 8. Work closely with leadership to understand the market landscape and prioritize problems to reach business outcomes. 9. Proven experience in building the SAAS platform from scratch. 10. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 11. Passionate about UI/UX, ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups. 12. A data driven analyst who uses user research, customer, other stakeholder feedback, and competitive insights as inputs to conceptualize and prioritize product requirements. 13. Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), PDLC, and PRDs.
