Product Support Head (Insurance)
- He / She would be responsible for Product Support across globe for insurance products.
- The incumbent brings transformation, best practices in implementing product support strategies, standard operation procedures across globe for insurance software products and closely work with stake holders including product engineering, product development etc.
- He/she would be monitor and supervise a team of 120+ people for product support and solutions across globe.
- Client Management and Tech Support (24/7) streams (L1, L2, L3, L4)
- Providing leadership in all the phases of Product Tech Support [24-7], L1, L2, L3, L4, Deployment, SaaS/Cloud Support, Incident Management and Defect Prevention
- Manage customer expectations and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Strategic Initiatives and Cross-team Collaboration.
- Budgeting, Planning and execution of time framed activities. Provide platforms and activities that enhance the last mile learning process
Qualification & Experience:
- Should be Engineering Graduate/B.Sc Computers / BCA / MCA / M.Sc in Computers with minimum 13 years of experience product support function in insurance with man management skills preferably working with financial technologies/fintech/saas/paas.
- Strong functional knowledge of Insurance (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance) and Operations (New Business, Policy Services Claims and Agency)
- Should possess outstanding communication skills
- Effective written and oral communication
