Head - Product Supply - Pharma

Our Client: A Leading Pharma MNC

Reports to: Country Head

Major KRA's:

- Identify Third parties, evaluate facility suitability and product list and prepare a preliminary report for evaluation. Ensure Tech Pack availability as per The company laid down norms

- Negotiate broad terms of supply and pricing. Maintain and ensure compliance to the legal agreements and any other mutually developed documents (Joint Services Documents, Quality Agreements, Supply Agreements, etc.)

- To act as primary point of contact or main liaison between The company and third parties and raise purchase orders as per the requirement

- Continuous monitoring of procurements to support delivery schedules and manufacturing so as to ensure timely supply of products.

- Schedule and coordinate new product launches / line extensions with Third Party and provide first time information regarding effective batch size, MRP and support Technical Department in Tech Transfers.

- Coordinate regulatory activities including filings, changes to filings, annual reports, pre-approval inspections and internal and external and agency audits

- Maintain relevant documentation and scrutinize / evaluate proposals for Write-Off. Ensure destruction as per the approved write off proposal.

- Monitor and ensure third party adherence to Drug & Cosmetic Act and provide internal feedback on regulatory inspections at Third Party
