Head - Product & Portfolio Management - Credit Cards - Bank

We are looking the candidate for Product & Portfolio Management- Credit Card

- Ensures tracking and maximizing the Product health parameters such as Spends, SPC and activation and track them against the budgeted targets.

- Monitors closely the product feature utilization on a month on month basis and provide Product v. Customer profiling to assess the uptake of the features and their role in customer engagement

- Regularizes the Product Feature Reiteration Campaigns to create more customer awareness

- Drives Channel Sourcing MIX Management to ensure proper channel

- Publishes month on month Acquisition and sourcing mix MIS to ensure proper sourcing mix

- Tracks and manages the product stationery keeping it updated and policy compliant

Xsell Program

- Manages Retail Asset and CASA Liability Bundling Program to drive cross sell

- Drives opening up CC Cross sell channels and manages the existing alternate channels like CASA bundling

- Manages Saving Account Cross Sell Program targeted at the Open market CC customers

Insurance

- Manages the Product insurance feature and partner interaction.

- Ensures setting up of Process and closure for systematic updation of insurance coverage for the LE and upgraded cards
