Core Responsibilities :
- Ensures tracking and maximizing the Product health parameters such as Spends, SPC and activation and track them against the budgeted targets
- Monitors closely the product feature utilization on a month on month basis and provide Product v. Customer profiling to assess the uptake of the features and their role in customer engagement
- Regularizes the Product Feature Reiteration Campaigns to create more customer awareness
- Drives Channel Sourcing MIX Management to ensure proper channel
- Publishes month on month Acquisition and sourcing mix MIS to ensure proper sourcing mix
- Tracks and manages the product stationery keeping it updated and policy compliant
Xsell Program :
- Manages Retail Asset and CASA Liability Bundling Program to drive cross sell
- Drives opening up CC Cross sell channels and manages the existing alternate channels like
CASA bundling :
- Manages Saving Account Cross Sell Program targeted at the Open market CC customers
- Manages the Product insurance feature and partner interaction.
- Ensures setting up of Process and closure for systematic updation of insurance coverage for the LE and upgraded cards
People Management Responsibilities :
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
- Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
