Head - Product Planning - Auto

- Minimum 18+ years minimum experience with a significant exposure in customer insighting and understanding.

- The purpose of the role is to oversee efficient & effective functioning of Product Planning and Product Strategy by reviewing current product platforms, assessing new product development opportunities and recommending specific new product platforms/variants for introduction

- Create Product Strategy around new models and planned configuration of the same to meet growth aspirations of the business with a medium to long term perspective

- The individual should have had an exceptional career growth and should have been in a senior management position at least for the last 3 years.

- Should have done product strategy/ product planning role earlier. Should have deep understanding of Farming and Agri practices.

Candidate must be from Tractor / Construction equipment only
