Head - Product - OCR/Machine Learning

For the Bangalore office of a US based leading Software Services, Outsourcing Partner and Software Products company, we are seeking a Product Head.

The Product Head will be the product visionary for company's flagship OCR/ML based document processing and workflow management system. He will have the complete responsibility of defining and executing the product strategy in line with the company's business strategy and contributing to the commercial success of the product. He will be responsible for the product leadership and driving the product end to end. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire product management function driving the product strategy, presales, solutioning and roll-outs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building the product strategy through deep understanding and analysis of market needs and industry/competition landscape.

- Drive the product end-to-end, working closely with the engineering and operations teams and coming up with the product strategy and drive prioritization.

- Build the product marketing strategy including the competitive positioning, thought leadership and marketing content in partnership with the marketing team.

- Stay connected to the market through customer facing team as well as through direct engagement with key customers and keeps the product strategy aligned to the market and ahead of the competition.

- Design and execute the process of building product and competitive knowledge across all key functions in the organization including sales, implementation and support.

- Have a strong focus on quality. Build a continuous improvement framework of rigorous testing and validation functions and drive continuous product improvement through the same.

Key Attributes of the Incumbent:

- Should have minimum 10 years experience in Product Management Role in the area of OCR, Machine Learning, AI and RPA

- Must be an engineering graduate from a reputed institute

- Full time MBA is preferred.

- Strong People Management Skills

- Problem-solving

- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills is a MUST!

- Should be having a good understanding of Data Science tools

- Experienced in leading delivery as well as client engagement management
