- Responsible for the overall consumer product experience to build India's largest consumer app/web product and Intelligence Marketing platform including eCommerce, targeted advertising and payments   - Key owner of product vision, roadmap, implementation and experience including product management with an emphasis on best-in-class user experience  - Responsible for designing and implementing the consumer experience and journeys  - Drive market and consumer understanding through research and analytics  - Use the consumer understanding and insights to continuously drive product improvements that will deliver value to consumers and drive greater user engagement  - Drive the overall plan for partnership on-boarding experience.   - Deliver partner product and interfaces to meet business objectives.  - Understand various partner types and develop partner onboarding, their user acquisition and engagement flows Understand and optimise the user journey for various consumer segments, from acquisition to activation, engagement and monetisation   - BE/ BTech and MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute such as IIT/IIM/ISB/US-Ivy Leagues  - 10+ years of experience in product management or consumer experience across tech product platforms (web apps, mobile apps, AI)  - Last 3-5 years in Head role with complete ownership of product design, launch and engagement including UI, UX.   - Should be able to clearly define product vision and design strategy aligned with business goals  - Experience in an e-commerce / sharing economy apps is preferred  - Excellent oral and written English communication, documentation and prototyping skills  - Strategic thinker with understanding of industry best practices  - Experience with design thinking a plus  - Experience with scaled consumer app rollout with over 20 million installs a plus
