Head - Product Marketing Team - BFSI

To develop and execute marketing strategies for the Liabilities, Assets, Insignia, Direct & Digital Banking Business. Enable aggressive promotional support, while optimizing the returns on marketing investment.

Position Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

- Overall head of the product marketing team servicing various product groups

- Work with the product teams in developing and executing the core positioning, segmentation & messaging for various offerings in alignment with the overall business objective

- Develop go-to-market strategy, in with the conjunction with the product team

- Implementation of the marketing plan for the product teams

- Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc

- Develop acquisition focused marketing programs within the cost / card budgets

- Identify and empanel vendors for production of collaterals and customer gifts

- Create sales support merchandise, including launch / branch visibility collaterals

- Responsible for the development of all customer facing documentation

- Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc

- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (in and outside the marketing team) to ensure effective utilisation of available (own) real estate (physical as well as digital - Branch, website etc) for promoting the product

- Act as a marketing facilitator for all product needs within the company

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Qualifications :

- Essential Post graduate preferably in the field of marketing

Experience :

- Essential Around 10 years experience in a product marketing role

Requirements :

- Strategic, Analytical, Good writing Skills are a must

- Good understanding of the financial services business, prior experience of working on a business / product / marketing role is preferable

Work Related Skill :

- Should be able to create good working relationships with various teams inside the organisation as well as external vendors

- Must be a proactive planner and an aggressive executor

- Ability to work under strict deadline and work under pressure

- Ability to manage a team of product marketers (business partners)

Language Proficiency :

- Fluent in English, Hindi and relevant local language
