Market Sizing & Industry Marketing
- Develop positioning, marketing strategy and key messages.
- Identify new markets and geographies for entry and create vision/values/positioning go-to-market strategies
Product Marketing
- Design and project-manage effective marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and usage, applying rigorous tracking and analysis to determine business growth.
- Provide product roadmap with industry data and product/competitor trends
- Ensure consistency in messaging and versioning across all instances of the product usage
Branding Strategy
- Create corporate branding messages, visionary statements, taglines and value proposition
- Use primary and secondary research as well as internal data and competitive intelligence to develop a deep understanding of the market, customer’s usage patterns
Communication (Internal & External)
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with outbound marketing and PR campaigns.
- Work closely with media and creative agencies to drive creative development and effective media planning and execution.
- Work on creating new content to assist the digital media strategy (videos, whitepapers, web content, social media content, email campaigns)
- Launch new intranet and internal newsletters; company Facebook, and other internal media while also driving announcements internally
Digital Marketing
- Create and launch new website, create web content to reflect change in products and functionalities
- Launch social media campaign & blogs
Events Management
- Co-ordinate and manage all events company participates in with a booth or a larger presence
- Oversee the logistics, design, vendor management, invoicing and printing that is needed to support internal and external events
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA degree from Tier – 1 B- Schools with 15 – 20 yrs of prior experience
- Experience in a product marketing role with a customer-facing focus
Preferred Skills
- Understanding and knowledge of the FS or DCS domain would be an advantage
- Up-to-date on groundbreaking web/technology trends and innovative implementations.
- Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
