Overall Purpose of the Role : The Head of Product &amp; Marketing is responsible for the development and directing of the entire Product as well as the Marketing Department. The Head Product &amp; Marketing's role is to synthesize market, consumer, product, and competitive inputs into driving the highest possible revenue for the business. Areas of Responsibility : - Leadership/Supervisory Role: To lead the product &amp; marketing department and collaborating product personnel in developing various product marketing initiatives inclusive of consumer case studies, product videos, website content, and much more. - Product Positioning: Responsible for understanding the customer needs and behaviors for the product's positioning and messaging. - Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS): Responsible to drive Customer NPS and ensure growth. - Product Launches: To enable and oversee the launch of new products/ services to ensure a successful and integrated product launch for the product, new product features, and product solutions. Also responsible for post-launch obligations such as ensuring that the product constantly grows in the market; and that the product is constantly moving from awareness to adoption in new market segments. Other Responsibilities: - Build and manage a small team of product and marketing professionals - Develop go-to-market plans for each product, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, and other deliverables - Own content creation (e.g. white papers, sales presentations, product videos, blog posts, case studies, etc.) to articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of our products - Work with the Underwriting team to ensure all risks are managed within available pricing mechanisms - Perform competitive research, conduct surveys and interviews to continually build expertise in the market, customers and competitive landscape - Together with the product team, educate customers and prospects on our product features and their benefits - Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking
