Head - Product Marketing

- The Employer is the one of the world's largest association of HR professionals. It is also the leading provider of resources serving the needs of HR professionals and advancing the practice of human resource management.

- The main responsibility of the role is to provide and deliver a holistic marketing strategy aligned with the business objectives of the Employer in India and the region.

- Ensure alignment of the marketing objectives to the overall global marketing strategy.

- Conceptualize, develop and implement the brand position and communication strategy.

- Develop and manage annual marketing plan, budget and KPI's.

- Manage and develop the team in executing and implementing the marketing strategy in different channels, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and others.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward strategic marketing and operational excellence.

- Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends to ensure the company's marketing strategy competes effectively.

Branding and Mass Campaign :

- Review and assess proposals for 360 marketing and media strategy, creative concepts and other marketing initiatives. Be able to refine proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Ensure that Media Brief provided to agencies have clear and direct objectives that are aligned with the global strategy of SHRM

- Manage and monitor closely marketing timelines for production of all marketing collaterals and execution of the over-all campaign (media strategy execution, on-ground and events)

- Drive digital marketing campaigns across all relevant digital platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others)

Research :

- Work with Global Marketing and research teams in defining research requirements

- Provide relevant inputs for questionnaire to gain important marketing insights that can help in drafting marketing strategies.

- Analyze results and be able to refine and calibrate campaign strategies and execution of activities.

Performance Monitoring :

- Ensure that marketing initiatives have clear and defined KPI's that can help achieve business goals.

- Assess efficiency of marketing spend and scale of marketing execution comparing to defined KPI's.

- Define relevant project milestones and an effective performance tracking and monitoring for all marketing initiatives.

Sales Support :

- Provide support to the Sales Team in the driving client requirements.

- Track and monitor campaign performance to be able to create effective campaigns to strengthen our clients' business and delivery of their KPIs.

- Leverage on our partner business for brand visibility and consumer education

Required experience and skill :

- Strong commercial mindset with a solid marketing background.

- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team to achieve strong employee engagement and business results.

- Minimum 18-25 years experience with formal managerial/supervisor role in marketing.
