Head - Product Management & Technical (PAN India)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Complete end to end Product Management - Furniture, Fume Hood, MEP Services

- Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management, Product Pricing, Product Positioning, etc.

- Technical Discussions with client/ consultants/ architects/ internal colleagues

- Tender Management - End to End

- Product & Subject training to internal colleagues & Dealers

- Team Management Skills - lead a team of 4-5

- Work closely and in tandem with Sales Team to drive home the initiatives and create Team success

Skills :

1. Minimum 7-8 years of Product & Marketing relevant experience in especially in Pharma, Biotech Market.

2. Strong Technical background, especially in MEP services

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Strong business acumen & understanding, relationship management, strategy development

5. Working in a Team and collaborating to seek solutions

6. Must be of proactive nature, taking ownership and responsibility

Experience :

- Minimum 7-8 years of Product & Marketing relevant experience in especially in Pharma, Biotech Market, Chemical Industry. Exposure to Laboratory Furniture business would be an added advantage

Qualification : PG / B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
