Senior Product Leadership role_OTT Platform_Mumbai

Looking from : Strong Pedigree (Only ISB, IIM, IIT & NIT)

Product: Digital/ Video & OTT platform

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the product management function.

- Develop business models and plans to achieve corporate revenue growth.

- Define the product roadmap and ensure successful product delivery: own the product lifecycle, which includes defining the product roadmap, working closely with the engineering team on feature specification and making decisions about implementation

- Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities.

- Be a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success.

- Drive industry partnerships and relationships.

Minimum qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 6+ years of experience in a product management role.

- Product experience on large-scale systems.

- Experience in partner relationships and interacting with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in a product management

- MBA in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- Prior experience in software development

- Proficiency in SQL and other statistical analysis tools

- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational and business issues.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.

- Comfort with new technology and thinking outside the box to develop and implement short and long-term creative solutions.
