Experienced e-com product management expert to lead the creation, development, implementation and operations of a leading company

- Lead Design and implementation of product development methodology

- Manage, iterate, and adjust product roadmap based on the needs of the business

- Influence the direction of the product roadmap through deep analytic perspectives

- Evangelize product strategy and roadmap with business team, customers and partners

- Leverage market research to assist with product design and understand changes in the marketplace

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to determine optimal pricing and revenue strategies

- Define and refine the working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments

- Present and defend business cases with ROI and financial justification

- Lead ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition

Develop a strong team of product owners and designers. Should have proven the ability to develop others. Should have a track record of identifying the potential talent, and then working actively and continuously with those people.

Qualifications :

- Someone with the combination of a strong technology background with an understanding of the digital and mobile space along with economics and dynamics of the business and the market.

- Engineering background with MBA from a reputed institute

- 12+ years of relevant product management experience

- Experience building B2C online services

- Experience working in a large enterprise with a wide customer base and huge online traffic

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction

- Well versed with Tech Architecture and Mobile technology

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
