- Take end-to-end ownership of products with analytics and data science components, identify business requirements, define the product vision, evangelize the product concept, and drive implementation of the product roadmap   - Ensure that market feedback is codified to outline emerging customer needs, features, and functional requirements from which development teams can design, build, test and implement new products and offerings   - Strong understanding of PM processes, ability to manage people, drive product line revenue, package product for the field including sales enablement, great communication and presentation skills, etc.   - Collaborate with the development team on creating an implementation plan for the overall product vision and continuously monitor these efforts and ensure successful delivery   - Engage in public speaking events and deliver a product vision to target audiences in line with our global marketing efforts   Key Areas of Responsibility:   - Work closely with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy that meets the external & internal customer needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.   - Work closely with the development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.   - Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.   - In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.  - Liaise with partners and manage product related partner relationship.  Desired Skills and Experience:   - 13+ years of technology experience with around 5+ years of Product Management experience working in the telecom or digital industry   - Strong grasp of statistical modeling and understanding of building models using tools such as SPSS   - Ability to guide the design of algorithms and building of statistical models to support the product features  - Experience with using one of SPSS / R / data visualization tools mandatory   - Good understanding of big data (Hadoop, HBase) preferred   - Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.   - The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.   - Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.
