Key Results:

- As the head of Product Management your work will have to innovate and further grow a market leader in internet economy- the Product has both B2B and B2C elements

- Map the Customer Journey & Make them fall in love- What makes them fall in love with your product and what do they hate , what will bring them back and what will make them stay. The focus is making Products that are loved by the consumer

- Participate and lead discovery for new Services & products - whether its B2B or B2C

- Deliver highly innovative online customer experience by working in partnership with various departments of the business including Design, UX and Development.

- You will be working with world-class engineers to execute this vision into reality by delivering high impact products

- Collaborate with Senior Management, Software Engineering and Marketing on Product Development during the discovery phase of the product development lifecycle.

- Conduct analysis and studies on value, usability and feasibility.

- Develop success metrics and continued analysis of performance and reports post-launch.

- Creating and optimizing product features.

- Keep up with cutting edge technology e and strive to contribute to our IP portfolio

- You will also be hiring, mentoring and managing Product Managers in your team to create multi-fold impact

Person Profile:

- Expertise in B2B and B2C products

- Expertise in explaining complex concepts and technologies to all stakeholders involved

- 15 years or more of relevant experience, including 8+ years' experience in product management in the internet economy

- Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while driving tactical product delivery

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly and manage numerous projects concurrently

- Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks

- Engineering & MBA from a premier institute

- Previous experience in UX/UI/ Software development will be a big Plus
