Head of Product Management

1. Develop and manage the global divisional roadmap of CVPs/Products, maintaining the CVPs for the division

2. Refine market research to determine market sizing and prioritization of CVPs, based on ROI criteria

3. Manage the overall CE CVP portfolio and define/profile new products and CVPs for development

4. Acceptance and placement of innovation products in portfolio

5. Oversight of POC/POV to extract tangible proof points

6. Provide thought leadership/GTM leadership and analyst engagement to ensure the Experience Portfolio maintains its alignment to strategy

7. Run Product/CVP input to client sprints

8. Deliver on all CVP/Product reporting including performance, ROI, Salesforce Hierarchy

9. Define and implement the product management methodology focused on an

agile product design and development approach using design-thinking principles

10. Ensure that client value is well defined and validated before a feature is placed on the product roadmap

11. Introduce a data-based success metrics approach for product impact validation

12. Establish a best practice approach to each stage of the product management lifecycle

13. Manage product specification and delivery lifecycle

14. Manage the sales enablement elements of the CVP/Product Portfolio, working closely with marketing to produce

a. CVP Playbooks

b. Spotlight sessions

c. Proof points from POC/POV activities delivered from CVP/Product
