Our client is a leader in the Social Media Influencer adtech space. They are a product company and is looking for highly motivated product leaders who have a strong passion for bringing a transformative change in adtech sector and have demonstrated the ability to build world-class products.
The candidate shall drive development and improvement of one or more products/apps built under the aegis of the Client. Be the strategic owner of the performance of the business, by visualizing the future and rationalizing the current goals, priorities & efforts of all business functions. Build a coherent strategy to achieve expected business outcomes. Besides, also leverage internal capabilities to drive the development of new products.

- Wear multiple hats of product leader and business head ;
- Leadership skills to build and lead a team of product management professionals, engineers and designers;
- Creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying gaps in the healthcare and wellness service/ product delivery;
- Experience in building world-class products;
- Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design, and technology;
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and exposed to both institutional and consumer businesses;
- Can build goals oriented culture essential to achieve both the social and business goals of the enterprise;
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategy
- Setting up of business goals and product roadmap;
- Continuously monitor and improve the business and operational strategies for owned apps; extend tactical support to portfolio companies;
- Study market trends, visualize customer needs, and evaluate gaps in product portfolio;
- Monitor progress through well-defined business metrics;
- Should be able to harness platform level synergies across the entire portfolio of owned apps and portfolio companies;
II. Product Development
- Own the product roadmap;
- Work with cross-functional teams to define the go-to-market strategy, marketing plan, pricing behavior and sales strategy;
III. Internal Operations
- Hire and develop a strong team of product managers;
- Establish a clear roadmap for feature level development and translate the requirements to product managers, engineers and designers; ensure timely and high-quality execution;
- Establish and execute a culture of ownership and performance orientation;
IV. Customer Support
- Build a customer feedback process and integrate that with product development and product strategy improvement;
- Periodically undertake studies to assess client satisfaction and needs;
V. Reporting & information systems
- Establish planning, recording, and reporting systems;
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Should have minimum of 10 years of experience working in AdTech/MarTech/Marketplace internet product companies with globally diversified customer set;
- Should have at least 4 years in leading a product management team preferably should have technology background;
- In-depth understanding of Advertising/Marketing industry and an avid researcher of its emerging trends; Strong leadership skills, should have managed team of at least 10 people;
- Should be a peoples person with strong team-building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial/ trade practices in healthcare/wellness environment;
- Should be innovative and extremely motivated;
