Head - Product Management

Job responsibilities:

1. Lead the product road-map, definition, delivery acceptance, and customer feedback process

2. Build, lead, and motivate a cohesive team of product marketers, product managers, and UX/UI designers

3. Manage products across 3 domains - payments processing, enterprise payments SaaS, consumer payment services including web and mobile

4. Lead both India and international product road-maps

Required Skills

1. Experience with world class product companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Cleartrip etc and proven ability to deliver products of the highest quality in terms of matching user needs, design, functionality and value for the organisation

2. 5 years minimum experience in Product Management in enterprise and consumer services.

3. Ability to manage with a blend of instincts and subjective calls combined with strong ROI analysis.

4. Ability to communicate, discuss, and argue clearly in both verbal and written formats.

5. Education: Product design, HCI, and/or CS degree from a top tier college (IITs/IIMs/ISB).

6. Candidate having experience on Payment Gateway Management would be highly preferred (2-3 years of relevant experience)

7. Candidate should have industry experience of 7+ years.
