Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical). MBA qualification would be an added qualification

Technical Skills/Knowledge :

- Business Leadership and General Management abilities

- Understanding of External Factors and implications to BU

- Customer Relationship Management Skills

- Communication Skills

- People Management Skills

- Executive bearing, emotional maturity and ability to command respect

- Keen interest and understanding of data science

Role Purpose :

- Lead and manage the product line in terms of both delivering the short term Annual Operating plans and also be responsible for medium and long terms plans in terms of topline and bottomline for the BU.

- Complete responsibility for the P&L of the Product Line.

- Operates within the overall strategic intent and boundaries of Varroc, which is defined in collaboration with Business Unit and Corporate functions such as Strategy, Engineering, Business Development etc.
