Description

- Reporting to the Head of Banking in the Corporate Centre you will be responsible for

- Primarily responsibilities include delivery of Liability Product strategy and Product Life Cycle management (New launches/ Improvements/Maintenance/Processes/Communication), Liability Product Innovation.

- Achievement of Liability Product Fee Income Targets, Existing book and new sales portfolio growth and quality along with the Improvement in Product Customer Satisfaction scores

- Responsible for complying with the current regulatory environment and recommending future strategy/managing transition

- Identification and effecting continuous improvements in Liability Product Benefits/Pricing basis customer/channel feedback

- Improved disclosure on Liability Pricing through the Introduction of the Pre Sign up disclosure document, customer communication at the on boarding stage, simplified charge structure (branch transaction fees/Cheque issuance fees/Real time charging)

- Identification of revenue earning and cost saving opportunities across savings account and current account product lines

Profile

- Looking for CA/ MBA with 10+ years of work experience from Indian Bank with strong knowledge in the Liability product side of the business.

- Someone from the product team of an Indian Bank will be a preference

- Exposure to the Liability products (current account and savings account) is a must
