Head - Product - InsurTech Startup

Looking for Head Product role for an Insurtech startup based out of Noida. It is a tech-enabled insurance marketplace for rural India. They are focused on development and brokerage of rural insurance products to farmers. They aim to reduce costs and increase penetration in rural areas by leveraging technology and innovative distribution approach.

Responsibility of end to end product management by understanding customer, market need to design product outline, devise pricing & file the product.

Client Details :

The client is a leading company in insurance space which works with protection of electronics durables items. It works on market disruption business plan to come up as a market leader in the niche vertical it operates on

Job Description :

- Develop the strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue, pricing module and P&L

- Understand Consumer and Market need gaps to design and develop new products and processes

- Enhance Existing product offering and customer experience to increase market share and customer database

- Work closely with business development / sales to meet category revenue

- Work closely with tech team, participating in the tech discussion regarding features feasibility as per technology

- Work with teams like Customer Service, inside sales, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at a product level

- Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, working closely with sales, design and engineering team
